  Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.
Upon termination, the client is responsible for any work completed and associated costs up to that date.
All confidential materials, access credentials, and data will be returned or securely deleted as agreed.
